Treestyle Arboriculture provide a number of tree services across Greater Manchester, as well as Cheshire, Salford and Wigan. These cover all aspects of tree trimming, and also shrub maintenance and/or removal. I have outlined some of the arboriculture and tree surgery techniques that we employ below. This is so that you can get a good idea of the procedure that your tree, shrub or hedge may require.

Tree Removal or Tree Felling services (Aerial Dismantle using lowering techniques)

We carry this out to identify and remove any deadwood in addition to structurally weak parts of the tree. We also remove branches which cross or rub are to provide the tree with a good framework for future growth. Read more...

Tree Pruning (Crown Reduction)

We do this to reduce the length of the extremities of a tree, therefore reducing its overall height. It also limits the likelihood of a structurally unsound branch falling. Tree Pruning (Crown Thin)

A very good technique to improve the amount of light filtering the crown. In addition, this reduces the density of a tree by removing a proportion of the crown without affecting the overall shape. We can also use this technique to limit the shade cast by a tree or to reduce wind sway. Read more...
